David Mete and Taylor Paul rented our rental property from 18th
December 2007 until 4th September 2008.
They left owing rent arrears of $2870.00. On 8th October
2008 we obtained a court order from the Waitakere District
Court for the rent arrears to be paid immediately.
However we were unable to locate David Mete and Taylor Paul
to serve the court order.
We employed a debt collector to trace David Mete And Taylor
Paul. He found David Mete in west Auckland but he was unable
to get him to pay the rent arrears.

Since this order from the Tenancy Tribunal has been handed down, we have been unable to get David Mete and Taylor Paul to pay back the unpaid monies.
We have the latest mobile phone numbers of both David Mete and Taylor Paul, but neither pickup the phone when we attempt to contact them.
